Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These terms set out what you can expect from OperLete and what we ask of the businesses and teams that use it.
Using OperLete
These terms govern your access to the OperLete website and FMCG operations service. By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
OperLete provides tools for sales, inventory, procurement, field operations, attendance and related business records. Your organisation is responsible for its own transactions, employment decisions, tax treatment, statutory filings and compliance with applicable Indian laws. OperLete is not a substitute for legal, accounting or tax advice.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate registration details, keep sign-in information secure and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. The workspace owner and authorised administrators control invitations, roles and permissions within their organisation. You are responsible for activity under accounts you manage, except to the extent caused by our own failure to meet applicable obligations.
You must ensure that your organisation has a lawful basis to add employee, customer, retailer, supplier and other third-party information to OperLete, including any location or attendance information it chooses to collect. Explain its monitoring and data practices to affected people as required by law.
Plans and payments
The service may offer Free, Basic and Pro plan selections with different user and organisation limits. The plan and limits displayed at signup or in the service apply to your workspace. Selecting a paid plan in the current product does not by itself collect a payment or start an automatic charge; any future paid checkout, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellation terms will be presented before a payment is taken.
We may change plans or features prospectively and will communicate material changes when appropriate. We will not claim a charge is due solely because a plan was selected without an actual agreed payment process.
Your data and responsibilities
Your organisation retains its rights in the business data it enters. It grants us permission to host, process, transmit and display that data as needed to provide and support the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your records and for keeping copies of records your business must retain.
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another organisation’s data, interfere with security or service availability, misuse accounts, or use the platform to send spam. Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except where allowed by law or a separate written agreement.
Location and field use
The Rep App can record location during an active workday while it is open and the device permits location access, and at certain field actions. Your organisation decides which workers use these features and is responsible for providing required notices and obtaining any required permissions. Location and map information may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate; do not use it as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
Availability and intellectual property
We work to keep the service available but may need to maintain, update or temporarily interrupt it. Internet connections, device permissions and third-party services can affect some features. We may suspend access where reasonably needed to address security, misuse or legal requirements, and will act fairly in doing so.
OperLete and its software, design, branding and documentation belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your internal business operations while your account is active and you comply with these terms. You retain ownership of the data you provide.
Ending use and liability
You may stop using OperLete and contact us about closing an account or obtaining your organisation’s data. An organisation owner should arrange any required export before closing a workspace. We may end or suspend access for a material breach, legal requirement or security issue, subject to applicable law. Record retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, OperLete is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate data entered by users, decisions made from that data, or failures of networks or third-party services beyond our control. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; we will give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India, without limiting any mandatory consumer or other legal rights. For questions, account closure or concerns, contact connect@operlete.com.
